SUBSCRIPTION: Ipsy Spoilers October 2016
I have to tell you guys... I went back and looked at what I got in my October Ipsy Bag last year and I feel like I can really see the huge improvement that Ipsy has made not only in the products that they're offering every month, but in their overall presentation. I love the theme photoshoots that always seem to be getting more intricate and interesting, as well as the look of the bags. I feel like I can really see a difference in just the products that have been spoiled so far versus what I got last year at this time.
This month's bag design was done by Valfré, an artist who's apparently really social media savvy and does really witchy designs and characters. I'd never heard of her before, but I think the bag she designed is absolutely adorable. I think it walks that line where it's cute and adorable, but also Halloweeny enough to fit the theme. Know what I mean? Anyway, the bag is super cute and I love that they kept it black, white and pink instead of going orange and black, which would have been boring and overly expected.

Not gonna lie... if I get the NYX liner I'm going to be pissed off. In a list of products that everyone is getting one of that is filled with high end brands, there shouldn't be one drugstore product. That's pretty unfair. Also, I will literally never use silver eyeliner personally, so this is just not for me. Am I wrong? Anyway, I'd actually be happy with pretty much any of the other samples - although I hope they're sending the blushes from theBalm as a pair, since those samples are SO TINY.
