WHAT I WORE THIS WEEK... Kinda.
So, I'll admit that I kinda flaked on taking pictures of my makeup picks this week, but I blame the holiday weekend and a general feeling of lazy summer. Since I literally didn't photograph my makeup products all week, I decided that instead I would show you guys a look that I did this week that I absolutely loved. I took a little step outside my comfort zone this week and added an insanely vibrant pink shadow to my normal neutral routine and it turned out better than I could have hoped.
Keep reading to take a look at this look and a list of the products that I used to create it!

I really feel like this look is made really wearable by using that deep, satin finish brown in the outer V and through the crease to blend out the pink so it's really just a pop. It gives it something special without giving me heart palpitations because it's out of my comfort zone. I think this is a great way for those of us stuck in a neutral rut to really infuse colour into our every day looks.
I'd love to hear if you guys would like more of these looks posts! I'm trying to get more comfortable putting pictures of myself here on the blog, but if it goes over I'll definitely try to do this more often!
Thanks for reading!
