Sometimes there are products that I try out from the drugstore that I really want to feature here on the blog, but they just don't seem to warrant their own review post. SO, I decided that I want to start doing some round ups of these one off products that I've been trying out because I definitely do feel like they're worth giving my review on. If this is something you're interested in seeing more of in the future, please do let me know in the comments!

Without further ado, let's look at some Lips, Lashes, and Brow products from the drugstore that I've been trying out recently, shall we?

I suspect that it could just be because it's so current, but I feel like this spring has been one of the most exciting for me in recent memory when it comes to new releases in the drugstore. I've been testing out new products from most of the major drugstore brands recently - look for more releases to come - but today I wanted to talk to you guys about a few products that I've been trying out from Revlon recently. Revlon is actually a brand that had fallen a little bit off my radar in recent years, but I feel like they're making a little bit of a resurge - have you guys seen the new, chic displays in stores?

Anyway, keep reading for more on these new Revlon releases!

I feel like it's becoming a rare thing to find something different in the makeup world that isn't just a gimmick. I think that's why it took me a while to pick up the Maybelline Brow Precise Fiber Volumizer - I just didn't feel particularly confident that the little rubber toothbrush type wand would be anything more than a gimmick. It was only after hearing some really, really good reviews of it that I finally decided to give it a try and, let me tell you, I was 100% wrong about it! I picked up the shade Soft Brown, which is the middle shade, and I've been reaching for it every single day.

So I have to admit that I've actually had the NYX Tame & Frame Brow Pomade in the shade Brunette for a long time, but I didn't review it because I was never reaching for it enough to give a full review of it until now. For the past several weeks, I've been reaching for this with a consistency that surprised me and I'm definitely ready to let you guys know what I think. When this was released, it was a really hyped product, but it was also a little difficult for those of us in Canada to get our hands on. As soon as I saw it at my local London Drugs, I grabbed it up. Though I'm not reviewing it as such, this has been claimed to be a dupe for the ever popular Anastasia Dipbrow Pomade. I've actually never tried that product, because I wasn't really willing to spend the money when I wasn't sure it was the type of product that I'd reach for in my collection. Anyway, onto the review!

For a long time, there weren't a lot of great options in the drugstore when it came to brows. I mean, you could get it done, but the really stand out products were high end. Lately, though, the drugstore has been upping their game when it comes to brow products and, in my opinion, no brand has done that with more success than L'Oreal. Over the course of 2015, one of my absolute favorite brow products was the Brow Stylist Plumper - which, for some reason, I never got around to reviewing here on the blog. Anyway, when they released new brow products recently, I absolutely had to pick up the Brow Stylist Definer and see how it held up. Wanna know how it held up?

It occurred to me the other day that I have a lot of brow products. Like, an inappropriate number of brow products. I think I have a little of everything, from different pencils and brow gels to a selection of brow powders and waxes. What can I say, I just really want amazing supermodel brows. Don't we all? Anyway, it's because of this that I'm pretty much willing to try any brow kit or product that looks interesting (and doesn't murder my wallet, of course) so I picked this up on my first Makeup Revolution haul. A girl can't have too many eyebrow product options when she's getting ready, right? Right????

Anyway, keep reading for a look at this palette!

I had to do it, you guys. I was driving by one of the last 2 Targets left in Winnipeg and I saw signs saying that it was their final day, so I had to pop in and see what they had left of Sonia Kashuk (since that's what they have seemed to have in abundance since this whole liquidation process started!) Turns out they had some really great Sonia Kashuk stuff marked down to 80% off for their final hours of the store being open... and they had little else left there. Most of the store had been roped off, leaving only the portion in front of the cash registers open for the small amount of stock they had left. I'm sincerely bummed that there will be no more Target in my life... But alas. I picked up a whackload of stuff for almost no money and I figured I'd share it with you!

Keep reading for the haul as well as my first impressions of the products!

When it comes to eyes, I like to change it up frequently. I have a huge collection of eyeshadow, eyeliner, and even mascara and I like to try to rotate them frequently so that I can (maybe) justify the massiveness of the collection. Of course, there are always going to be products that rise above the rest and that I find myself reaching for more and more often. Honestly, I thought that making this Top 5 list was going to be difficult, but as soon as I sat down with all of my makeup in front of me it was insanely easy. In fact, I might even go so far as to say that this was the easiest and most obvious Top 5 list that I made for this end of year wrap up and I think that's saying something.

So, if you've ever read any post on this blog about brows, you've heard me talk about the Anastasia Brow Wiz. And really, this is one of those products that, if you spend any time meandering through the online beauty, you'll have heard about from countless other people. That's because it. is. great. It is also spendy, which may be why I don't use it every single day. I have a tendency to keep my spendier products for special occasions or, let's be honest, days when I look a hot mess and I need something really great to pick me up. However, this is my second repurchase of this product, because even at nearly $30 at Sephora, I feel like it's worth every single penny. I'm pretty sure I will continue to sing the praises of this brow pencil for quite some time, unless another company comes up with a product that can rival this one at a lower prince.

Keep reading for a closer look and more of why I'm obsessed with this eyebrow pencil.

Like I said with my unboxing of the my The Face Shop box yesterday, I absolutely had to order this. I've actually really enjoyed everything that I've tried from Skin Food before, which admittedly hasn't been much, and I've been eager to try other things. I'm super excited that this box actually contains one item that I've had in my cart on more than one occasion and have consistenly been wanting to try. It also contains what could easily be an entire skin care routine (if you're going to skip steps like essences and serums and emulsions, of course) which I think is a pretty smart way to curate it. Like the box from The Face Shop, this isn't anywhere near the highest value box that I've received, but I still feel like it's a good value.
