Keep reading to find out how I got this really simple Soft Pink Bridal Dotticure!
Because I wanted my base to be pretty opaque, I started with three coats of Essie Gel Couture in Blush Worthy, which is a really soft pink sheer base with a golden sheen and a lot of flakies. Once that was completely dry, I went in with my dots. I wanted to pair silver and white, but ultimately decided that I wanted to get some holo in there (because I always want some holo in there) so for the dots I started with Color Club Halo Hues in Cloud Nine and then went in with Maniology Bam White Stamping Polish for the white dots. Ultimately, I decided i needed a little more so I went in with a sort of lavender shade for some more subtle dots using Sally Hansen Wisteria from their pastel Crayola collection.
I finished with two generous coats of Seche Vive (the dots ended up being raised and I wanted a smoosh finish) and voila!
Apologies if this post is a little bit rushed - I have a lot on my plate at the moment and even as I type this I feel hurried. Next week's Mani Monday will hopefully be a little bit more intricate and more chill!
Don't forget to head over to Cosmetic Proof, See The World In PINK and Tea & Nail Polish to see what the girls have put together for the bridal theme this week!
