I've been absolutely loving the Clear Jelly Stamper CjS-H100 Mystic Hallows plate for this year's Halloween nails and I've admittedly gone a little mad with power creating different designs from it. The cool thing is that it's such a versatile stamping plate and the number of designs you can create from it feels absolutely endless. I wish all plates had this much variety and worked so seamlessly. Anyway, I'm still getting my bearings when it comes to layered stamping, so my lines aren't quite perfect on this one, but I still love it so much!

When it comes to the color story for this mani, I went all in on what I consider to be Halloween colors. For the base, I used China Glaze's Sky Of Lavender, which I think is from a recent collection. It's this absolutely perfect neutral purple (maybe leaning a bit ashy and cool) with this fine shimmer through it that is gorgeous. I paired that with stamping polishes in green, orange, black and white. Like I said, Halloween colors!

For the stamping, I wanted to create cohesion by repeating some images across the nails, so I decided to add both subtle spiderwebs and also green and orange starts. I find that adding those kinds of details to a design can really pull everything together. At the center of each nail, I chose an image that featured either a skull or bones. The perfectionist in me is a little bummed that I didn't get it lined up quite as perfectly as I would have liked, but the artist in me is OBSESSED with how it all came together. Forever the battle!

Anyway, once I was happy with my stamping, I sealed everything in with a nail art top coat and then followed with a generous layer of glossy top coat for shine and volume. And voila!
