HALLOWEEN NAIL ART | Rainbow Gradient Bat Nails
Every year since I started doing Halloween nail art, I've done some version of bats stamped over a gradient. It's honestly one of my favorite designs and I feel like there's no limit to how many completely different versions of this design you can put together. This year, I decided that I wanted to do something a little different from previous years, so I put together a pastel rainbow gradient as my base and I'm obsessed!

To start, I applied one coat of a nearly white polish to all of my nails and let that dry down completely - don't rush, if your base polish isn't entirely dry, you can end up lifting it off the nail, which will likely result in having to start over. Next, using a makeup sponge, I applied my yellow, pink, purple and blue gradient to the nails. It took two layers of sponging to get the desired opacity and blend. Finally, to finish the base, I added a fine holo top coat to all of my nails to smooth everything out and add that sparkle that I think really elevates the design.
For the stamping, I used the Uberchic Beauty Halloween 05 Stamping Plate and kept it pretty simple. With black stamping polish, I applied the full image to my middle two nails and then applied smaller clusters of bats to my outer nails.
Once I was happy with the design, I sealed everything in with a no smudge top coat and then finished with a glossy top coat for shine and volume and voila!
