So. Let's talk Cream Blush. Of all the types of face products I have in my collection, this is probably the smallest collection because I just don't reach for cream blush all that often. That being said, I think there are some great cream blush options and for people with dry to very dry skin cream blush can be a bit of a skin savior because it doesn't make your skin look dry and parched. In the winter... that's me! I definitely had some cream blushes in my collection that needed to go though, so it was definitely time for a clean out!

Blushes are one of my absolute favorite makeup products. It might actually sound really weird, but I just want to have every possible shade that I can at my disposal so that I have something to compliment every look on the rest of my face. Of course, this means I tend to go a little mad with power when it comes to my collection and since it was bursting at the seams it was definitely time to hammer down and pare down my collection. I actually did declutter my blushes about a year ago and gave a bunch of them to my best friend and tossed some terrible ones, so it's a smaller declutter than it would have been... but it's still a pretty significant declutter.

Keep reading to see what I've got and what I'm parting with!

As I'm starting to think about writing this post, I've gotta tell you... My highlighter collection is weird, and I think that's because I have kind of a weird relationship with highlighter in general. It's only really recently that highlighter has been a part of my routine - weird that my collection is this big, right? - and I've struggle to find highlighters that don't call a ton of attention to the texture on my skin. Because I've never really gotten hugely into highlighters, most of the ones in my collection are at a drugstore price point. Anyway, I'm actually surprised that I didn't declutter more of my highlighters, but I have reasons for all of the ones that I kept!

So if you're interested in seeing my collection as well as what I'm ousting, keep reading!

So, as I was looking at some of my makeup drawers, I was really feeling like it was time to do a bit of a cleanout. I have a couple of friends who'd been giving me winks and nudges that if I ever wanted to get rid of anything, they would have open arms, and a few of them were coming over for a party so it seemed like a good time. It also seemed like a good time to go through my collection for the blog. The biggest declutter this go around was of my cheek products, since the drawer was getting overly full and I always want to pick up more.

So if you're interested in seeing what I've got in my collection - keep reading!
