Blush is one of my personal favorite makeup products - perhaps because I am pasty and a blushless face makes me look... well, vaguely dead, if we're being honest. My blush collection is pretty significant and I definitely have favorites that I tend to reach for a lot, but recently I decided to grab a few new drugstore blushes to try out and add to the collection and I'm super excited to share my thoughts on them with you guys. The drugstore is great for blush and because blush is, let's be honest, pretty straightforward, I really don't think that you need to go high end to get a great blush for your collection.

I have to admit that when I first looked at the products I'm going to review today I was a little bit underwhelmed and wasn't quite sure how they were going to work out. The drugstore can be a little bit hit and miss when it comes to palettes and I was a little bit afraid that these were going to be the former, even though I was hoping for the latter. Something that tends to happen to us Canadian beauty junkies is that something will become the height of excitement and obsession in the beauty community, where literally everyone seems to be talking about it, and it's not easily available here in Canada. Anyone else do this? Anyway, the Revolution Beauty Conceal & Define Concealer definitely felt like one of those such products, with everyone talking about it everywhere I looked and even hailing it as a dupe for the Tarte Shape Tape Concealer (not easily available in Canada either), so when I saw it on the shelf at my local London Drugs, I snatched it up immediately and got to testing it out to see if it was as good as everyone claimed.

After my last ShopMissA Haul, I've been wanting to do another one but I wanted to wait until there were some new AOA Studio products launched since those products have been the ones I've had the most success with. When I checked out the site and found that they had introduced baked highlighters and shadows in the AOA Studio range, I really had no choice, did I? I went with a selection of different things from the brand and I feel like there are some definite hits and misses with this haul.
