You guys know just how deep my love of VICHY goes recently. I literally want to put every product on my face and see how it works out for my skin, because there really have been a lot of winners in the products that I've tried over the past year or so. One product that I've always wanted to try is the VICHY IDEALIA BB Cream*. The VICHY IDEALIA line is intended for people who are showing the first signs of aging, and I've already pretty much fallen in love with the IDEALIA LIFE SERUM & SKIN SLEEP*,  so I've wanted to try this as well. I've put it on my hand several times in the store and thought about purchasing it, but never managed to actually get it into my basket and home with me. So recently when I had the chance to try out some VICHY products that I'd had my eye on, this BB Cream was at the top of the list.

So, did it live up to the hopes? Keep reading to find out!

Formulated with mother of pearl and corrective pigments to instantly eliminate the grey tone and reveal your ideal skin complexion. Enriched with Kombucha, our first clarity-boosting active ingredient which reduces grey tone at every layer of the skin. Day after day, it helps illuminate the skin from within. Its ultra-breathable and hydrating texture glides and melts into the skin without a greasy finish. Melting, light, and comfortable, it allows for an homogeneous application, a smooth result, and a natural coverage that illuminates the complexion.

This has been the base product that I've been reaching for on the weekends when I just want to throw a little something on to run out and run errands of just to have on around the house. For me, this gives a pretty sheer coverage that just lightly evens out the skin tone and adds a really healthy dewiness to the complexion that helps to reflect light and give a youthful appearance. I wouldn't necessarily recommend this for people with oily skin, because I think ultimately you'll end up looking greasy or need to powder it enough that it could get cakey.

On the skin this feels incredibly light, almost like you're wearing nothing at all, and I absolutely love that about it. I do prefer to wear this when I know I don't need to have a full face of makeup on all day, because I do find that this starts to fade within a few hours. For me, this is one of those great products for when I need to run out the door to run errands or whatnot, and I just want something quick and easy on my face.

Overall, I would recommend this to a few different types of people. First off, I think this would be amazing product for teenagers, because it has light coverage and gives that really youthful glow to the skin. But even more, I would recommend this to people in their late 20s and 30s with fairly good skin who are looking for something with sheer to light coverage with a glowy finish, specifically those with dry skin. For my personal needs, this isn't a Must Have product, but it definitely has a place in my collection and I've been reaching for it a lot on the weekends ever since I got it!
