Prairie Beauty

Maybe I'm getting a little bit jaded, but I tend to look at products and sort of categorize them alongside the products that I've tried that I think they'll be in line with. Admittedly, that's what I did when I first looked at the FRANZ Skin Care Everyday Essence* and Dual Mask System* - and I'm almost glad I did because once I got into using them and really looked at their ingredients I got to have that feeling of surprise when they stood out for me as something genuinely interesting and unique.

So, let's get into my review, shall we?

Happy Tuesday, everyone! Now that we're a couple of weeks into the year and my 2019 favorites are all wrapped up - check them out if you're interested - it's back into regular content and I'm super excited about my first review of the year. Sheet masks, for me, are one of those beauty things that I do really, really regularly but don't share enough of here on the blog or on my socials. I'll admit, that's partially because I sort of hate taking mask selfies. Anyway, recently I got the chance to try out the Jin Jung Sung x CrediThink Snail Honey Jelly Mask* and it's a good one!

I've gotta tell you guys... This month I really decided that I want to work on getting through a lot of products in my collection because I've been getting a little bit overwhelmed with how much stuff I have hanging around. As you've seen from the declutter posts that I've done so far, I've been cleaning out, but I've also been trying to use things up. So far so good, I think, since this month's empties is possibly the biggest I've ever done. I've got a little of everything in this empties post and I think most of them I've got solid thoughts on.

Keep reading to take a look at what I managed to use up this month!

Anyone who reads this blog knows how much I absolutely LOVE face masks. I feel like it's a bit of a treat for me after I've had a bad day or when my skin isn't treating me right. This year has been a lot about sheet masks, but I've got a couple of other masks in this list that I've been reaching for a lot as well. Since you guys know I've been using masks like crazy, you would think it would have been hard to choose... but it really wasn't. All of these jumped out at me and they're all big time favorites in my mind.

So, if you're into it, keep reading to see my top 5 favorite masks of 2015!

So, November hasn't been a month of particularly using a lot of stuff up. I admit, before we even get to the post itself, that this month of empties is a little boring. That said, I've got some really great products that I've used up and that I'd really put my recommendation stamp on, so I figured I should still do the post. I mean, I could have waited and put them all in next month's post, but that means keeping my trash around a little longer and who wants that? Have I done a sufficient job of turning you off this post yet? Ugh! Anyway, if you wanna see some great products that I used up...

Keep reading to take a closer look and read (very) mini reviews!

October was really a month where I feel like I was trying out a lot of new things in my beauty routine... which means that there really wasn't a lot of room for finishing up products. That said, I did go through a few things this month and some of them are some of my absolute favorites and things that I have either already repurchased or have every intention of repurchasing in the near future. So basically it's a lighter month on empties than the past few have been... but it's a pretty good raft of empties as well. Makes sense? Anyway, if you're interested in seeing what I managed to use up (and finally throw out) this month, keep reading!
