I go to Winners a lot, I'll admit. I find it relaxing to head down there on my lunch break - there's one near work - and check out what new goodies they've got there. I definitely don't buy something every time I'm in there, but I do buy a lot of stuff there from mugs to wallets to beauty goodies. Sometimes there's very little of interest on their shelves and all of the good things have been picked over or destroyed by greedy little swatchers - Don't be that person, it's inconsiderate and selfish! - but recently I've gotten lucky quite a few times to get my hands on some incredible high end finds. Because I've been so lucky lately, I wanted to show you guys some of the things I've managed to find there!

When people asked me what I wanted for Christmas this year, of course I said I wanted Sephora gift cards because... I mean, what else does a makeup junkie really want for Christmas? I mean, I could have made a wishlist of holiday sets or makeup products that I wanted, but I feel like a gift card is a twofer because you get the gift, but you also get to shop - and getting to shop is always a treat, but especially when you're not smashing into your own bank account. So, when Christmas day ended and I was faced with what would be my biggest Sephora spend ever, I was literally having dreams about what I was going to buy. This is a bit of a collective haul and includes 1 online order, 1 return, and a total of 3 trips to my 2 different local Sephoras... all in about 4 days. I know, I'm a fiend, but can you blame me? I was going to hold onto one of the gift cards... but then I got an email telling me that I was almost at VIB Rouge status, so clearly I had to spend it and get myself those perks for 2017.

Let's get onto the haul, shall we?

Like most Sephora lovers, I love when they release their Sephora Favorites kit. Generally, you end up getting a selection of really great products at a really great price. Because I actually do kind of love deluxe sizes of a lot of makeup products - if only because I can almost never get through anything - these are the perfect kits for me. My favorite, and I suspect a lot of people's favorite, is the Give Me Some Lip kits. I love the large sized ones, which contain a ridiculous number of lipsticks, but I actually love the smaller kits even more! The last one that they released was the Give Me Some Nude Lip kit, and I absolutely loved it, so I clearly had to get my hands on the new Give Me Some Lip kit. 

In case you feel like you missed out, I tried two Sephora stores and they were both sold out, but the next time I went back they had several on the shelf, so if you've tried to get ahold of it and haven't been able to... try try again!

So basically at this point I'm just determined to try out every matte liquid lipstick on the market, clearly. I love matte lips and I love a lip product that will hang around on my lips for several hours. Since I tend to press my lips together constantly whenever I have product on and that means most traditional lipsticks are gone within an hour or two. Anyway, as we all know by now, not all liquid lipsticks are created equal, so it's always with cautious optimism that I try out a new one. As soon as the Too Faced Melted Matte Liquefied Lipsticks were announced, I absolutely knew I was going to be picking up at least one of them. As is usual for me, I figured I'd go for the shade Queen B, which is the cool toned mauve nude of the bunch. However, since all of the nudes were sold out when I popped into Sephora, I decided it was time for me to get a good red and this one in the shade Lady Balls (HOW AMAZING IS THAT NAME THOUGH?) is a beautiful shade, so I grabbed it!

I always look at Too Faced palettes with pretty much drooly lust, but I actually don't always indulge the lust and pick them up. Bad makeup junkie, right? Too Faced shadows are some of the absolute best on the market and I feel like whoever is curating their palettes is pretty much 100% on point, so it only makes sense that they should be in my collection. And, honestly, I'm pretty sure that by the end of 2016 I'll have a lot more Too Faced in my life than I did at the beginning of the year. When the Sweet Peach palette came online at Sephora on March 30, I didn't even think about it... I just ordered it. This, my friends, is actually pretty rare for me. But I did it. And I can't stop sniffing it!

When the Too Faced Love Flush Long-Lasting 16-Hour Blush Wardrobe was announced, I pretty much A) lost my mind, and B) decided that it was going to be coming home with me after Christmas, sort of like the same reaction I had when I saw my dog at the shelter. Yes, I just compared adopting my beloved dog to buying a blush palette, because I am clearly somewhat nuts, but trust me - there was excitement and longing all up in here and the comparison makes sense in my head. If you don't already know, I'm a MASSIVE fan of blush and my collection is steadily growing to the point where I'm running out of room for it! I love blush palettes because it's easy to reach for consistently and get something for every look, but also because they tend to be a really good deal in much the same way that limited edition sets and palettes are. Anyway, I grabbed this in my Boxing Week Sephora Haul I'm ready to give it a full review!
